2. A temporary password will be emailed to you. If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folders.

1. Sign in with your temporary password issued by Pickahouse or your old password.

   

2. Hover over ‘My Account’ icon, and click on ‘My Account’ in the dropdown menu.

   

3. On ‘My Account’ page, click on ‘change’ in ‘Password’ section.

   

4. Type in your new password twice, then click on ‘Update Profile’ button to save the change.

2. Enter your username or email address registered with Pickahouse before, then click on ‘Reset Password’ button.

   

3. You will receive an email guiding you to create a temporary password. Sign in Pickahouse with this new password.

On ‘My Account’ page, change this temporary password into something you can remember. Refer to FAQ ‘How to change my password’.

1. Click on ‘Contact me’ button on the right side of the listing under the username.

   

2. Make an enquiry in your Message Centre. You do not have to disclose your personal information.
   All the conversation history will be kept safe unless you delete it yourself.

   

3. A site notification and/or email notification will be automatically sent to that user.

Hover over ‘My Account’ icon, and click on ‘My Messages’ in the dropdown menu. Or, click on ‘Message’ icon in the header, then you will be taken to your Message Centre.

1. Sign in Pickahouse, then click on the ‘Ad’ icon in the header. In ‘Place an Ad’ page, all the templates have been designed for you already. Just follow the simple steps. Sections with red asterisks (*) are mandatory to fill in.

   

2. Tick the box for ‘I agree to Pickahouse Terms of Use and Privacy Policy’, then click on ‘Post Ad Now’ button.

   

3. Your ad will be immediately posted online. You can view it by searching on Pickahouse, or in ‘My Ads’ section.

   

1. Hover over ‘My Account’ icon, then click on ‘My Ads’ section from the dropdown menu.

   

2. Find the listing that you want to edit, then click on the ‘Edit’ icon.

   

3. You can edit the content of your listing (except the ‘Listing Purpose’), then click on ‘Update’ button.

2. In ‘Edit profile’ section, fill in your necessary information, then click on ‘Update profile’ button.

2. Go to ‘Notifications’, and fill in your preferred email address for automatic notifications. Click on ‘Update profile’ button.

   

1. Click on ‘Favourites’ icon in the image section of the listing, the listing will be added to your ‘Favourites’ collection.

   

2. Click on ‘Favourites’ icon again in the image section of the listing, the listing will be removed from your ‘Favourites’ collection.

   

3. Check your ‘Favourites’ from ‘My Account’ dropdown menu, or by clicking on ‘Favourites’ icon in the header directly.

   

Hover over ‘My Account’ icon, then click on ‘Logout’ in the dropdown menu. All the functions provided to your account will then be disabled.
